Costa Rica Real Estate Foreclosures is not your ordinary real estate company. Costa Rica real estate foreclosure, foreclosure homes, bank foreclosures, real estate foreclosures, foreclosed homes, homes for sale, houses for sale and for sale by owner are very complex and expertise is needed here.

We work in several different ways. Some times we buy foreclosures just before the foreclosure procedure. By doing business in this fashion, we limit the market exposure of a property; i.e. the bank officials and their friends as wello as the general public do not have access to these properties. Of course, we select only the top 2-3% of the properties as exceptional buying opportunities. We also have full access to the foreclosure portfolios of the banks. Curiously enough, some of the banks have their own private portfolios; i.e. these are the prime foreclosure properties of the banks that are withheld from the general public until friends of the bank have had an opportunity to purchase. We have access to these portfolios. Third, we represent U.S. investors that buy distressed properties. We wish to make it clear that we reject 95% of the properties offered us. We are very choosey in this process as we feel an obligation to our valued investors.
